  1. Use the code and email address for logging into the FOMEMA Portal.
  2. If there is no email address registered to your account, fill in your employer code and click on login to register your email address on the FOMEMA Portal.
  3. In case you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot your password."
  4. If you wish to change your email address, please email to cs@fomema.com.my:
    1. An official letter indicating your code, name, NRIC/ROC, and new email address.
    2. Copy of NRIC for individual employer or SSM form 9 for company employer.
    3. Copy of passport for one worker.
    4. Copy of permit/Calling VISA/Immigration approval for one worker.
    5. The process will be completed within 3 working days. You will receive a confirmation link in your new email address.
